*I am also no longer answering messages / emails with "hi" or "hello". This also includes people demanding free spellwork, free advice, free services, and overall not showing respect. It is not fair to me and the people who choose to support me!

*I DO NOT cast for toxic relationships, cheaters, etc. I've always had this rule but I want this on writing! You deserve better. There is a difference between someone being unhealed then being a cheater and overall unsafe / toxic. Please note this, and any spellwork will be redirected to self love and healing. Overall, if I do not feel comfortable casting for your situation, refunds will be given out. Also, if for whatever reason spellwork is casted on said person, the spell will be affected.

After Purchasing:
Please fill out the following form: after purchase form. This is so I can reach you. This form is for things like first and last names, dates of births, and other important information. This information is never shared, and deleted after spellwork / readings are completed.

Consultations:
Majority of spells are required to have one, linked here: spellwork consultation. This is so I can divinate on your situation to make sure your spell can be casted. This will also tell us if more than one spell is needed in order to get the outcome you want! Sometimes, certain blockages and obstacles can cause your outcome to need more than one spell. (Example: Healing, Blockbuster, Road Opener, etc).

Spellwork Consultation:
This usually takes 1-2 hours to do. I will message you the reading as well as a photo of the cards! You do not have to be present, as long as you can response in a reasonable time, as I may ask some questions to get a clearer understanding! Usually, I try to get these done within a few days, this can vary depending on wait times! Which you can check on the front of the website! This is non-refundable.

When Casting:
This should take 3-14+ days for your spell to be casted, if there are multiple spells, it may take longer. Wait times can vary depending on client volume! You do not have to be present, as long as you can response within a reasonable time!

A photo is sent as soon as I start casting, and when the spell is finished, later that day I will send photos, video(s), explaining the spell, how it went, what to do afterwards, and more!

Results:
I can not guarantee 100% results with my spellwork! Spellwork can help increase the chance of something happen, so please keep this in mind. You can check here to see reviews of my spellwork!

The best way to help spellwork manifest, is to believe! Do not worry about circumstances or the 3d, it is best to believe the spell is already working and affirming things in your favor!

Refunds / Cancelation:

*I am getting very strict with refunds due to people not filling out after purchase forms and not replying to emails. You have one week to either fill out the after purchase form and or email me. If you don't, your order will not be completed and automatically fulfilled.

I do not do refunds or cancelations for any reason, so please be responsible when purchasing! I am opened to switch out your spell, do store credit, or switch out a target. This is because I am already getting your spell ready.

This also includes sending chargebacks / refunds after spellwork has been casted. If this happens, you will most likely not be able to purchase in the future.
*This can vary case by case, but majority of the time I will not allow you to purchase again.

*There are some cases were refunds can be given:

Ex: Accidentally purchasing the same spell twice in a order. Or if you are not old enough for a certain spell.

Age:
I can cast for all ages. Things like cleansings, money spells, protections, and so on. But love magic is strictly for 18+ or older, (unless you were a client before this rule change). This is for the safety of you, me, and the target involved! If you happen to purchase without reading, you will be given a refund as soon as possible! This can take 5-10 days, depending on your bank!

Privacy:
This is super, super important to me! All names, dates of births, and so on are kept to me only! I will never share your story, names, and any other personal information you may have given me (unless you give said permission). All google forms are deleted after the week or when I catch up on all spells. This is a permanent deletion!

Spellwork may be posted, which is usually just saying what the spell is and some intentions. No names and etc get posted, if you do not want your spellwork posted at all, let me know (it is also an option to opt out of on the form). Not all spellwork gets posted.

Other:
All I ask is for your patience and understanding always! Sometimes I may be delayed to respond, I try my best to respond to all messages within a day. I will do my best explaining the process along the way as well & answer any questions, do not hesitate to ask how something works or why a spell(s) may be needed!

*It is also important to remember that while spellwork, readings, and etc can help,that it should not be replaced for medical. legal, and overall professional advice. As stated prior, I can not guarantee 100% results. Spells can help increase a chance of something happen, but this does not guarantee results.

*If you are not seeing results in a 1-3 months, recasts will be free! This include readings for your situation as well (ex: divination).

After Purchasing:
It usually takes me 1-3 days to be able to get your casting date! I cast 3 spells each day Thursday-Sunday. This can vary however. Casting dates go by who ordered first, people who choose to have their spell(s) done sooner are separate from the 3 spots.

Before Casting Day:
Sometimes I may prep the spellwork the night before or day of, allowing the energy to start moving and making progress. This is not always the case but it is something I am implementing more into my craft. I will also write petitions if your wait time is 1 week+.

Casting Day:
On Thursdays I cast usually late afternoon for me. Friday-Sunday I try to get spellwork done early in the morning. I will send one photo of your spell, to let you know I am casting.

After I am done casting all spells for the day, this is when I send out everyone's information.
At least one video (50s-1 minute+) will be send to you. I try to give at least 5-6 photos, but sometimes I may only be able to get 4. This is because I may take a photo and a few minutes later the spell has already changed so much! I try to space it out evenly so you can see the process. I always send a photo when the spell is almost completed or finished.

*If you got a cord cutting, custom spell, and or baneful spells, I will usually send more videos compared to photos.

I will also explain what the candles mean and represent, the intentions and focus of the spell, and after spell instructions.

Most spellwork is done individually. The most I will cast at the same time is two spells if they are the same spell or similar. But each spell is customized and crafted for you and your situation. I try my best to change up and make every spell unique!

When it comes to results. as stated throughout the website. I can not say my spellwork works with 100% certainly, however, I will do anything I can to help your situation.

*It is also important to note, I have certain things in place with my magic to help keep you safe. Ex: if for whatever reason I cast for your situation and there is cheating I am unaware of, the spell will not work. If the person is toxic and not good for you, the spell(s) will not work. My spellwork is meant to manifest healthy and safely (especially with love magic). So this can be a reason why your spell did not manifest.

If in 1-3 months you are not seeing results, you will quality for a free recast!

- I will first do 2 petitions for the original spell.
- I may do a free divination to see the energy and what is going on.
-After, a recast with candles will be completed. (Usually after a week or two).

If after this you are not seeing results, you may have one free spell of your choice or a reading! This does not include rituals.

Sometimes other spells may be needed first, (maybe you cast a come back to me, but really a communication is needed. This would not be a recast). I will always let you know what spells are needed and recommended to best fit your situation.
